Hey DTL Community!
We wanted to take a moment to be super real with you and give you a proper update on what’s happening behind the scenes at DTL. If you’ve got something on pre-order or backorder, this one’s for you.
🛑 What’s Going On
- We want to be completely transparent with you, we’re currently experiencing our biggest delay ever, and we’re genuinely so sorry.
- A few weeks ago, we restocked. But to our surprise, it sold out almost immediately. The demand was incredible, and while we’re beyond grateful, it also caught us off guard. We placed another urgent order straight away… but this next round has taken longer than expected, and it's resulted in delays we never wanted you to experience.
- If you ordered just one item, or your order was split, it's likely affected.
- Some of you have been waiting since late May or early June, and we know how frustrating that is. You’ve been more patient than we could ever ask, and we’re honestly not proud that it’s come to this.

The following items are currently on backorder and expected to arrive in the 3rd week of July:

💭 What You Can Do
We totally get it – waiting this long isn’t ideal, and it’s not the experience we want you to have. So:

❌ If you’d rather not wait – we completely understand. Just reach out and we’ll cancel + refund your order with love and zero hard feelings.
