No. All other discount codes and promotions are disabled during the sale period. The sale pricing is the only discount available.
No. Sale pricing only applies to orders placed during the promotion period (November 17 to December 1, 2026). No price adjustments will be made on previous purchases.

Shipping
We ship with Australia Post and Aramex. The courier is chosen automatically based on your location and the best delivery option
Orders take 1–2 business days to process before they’re shipped. During Black Friday, processing may take a little longer due to high order volumes.
Once your order has shipped, delivery times are:
Standard shipping
- Australia (metro): 3–7 business days
- Regional/rural: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Express shipping
- Australia (metro): 1–3 business days
- Regional/rural: 2–5 business days
- International: 5–10 business days
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Orders over [$149] (after discount) get free standard shipping. Orders over [$250] (after discount) get a free express upgrade.
Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by country and customs processing.
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking link.
We can usually update your address if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. Please contact us as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee changes once your order is being processed.
Black Friday is our busiest time of year, and couriers experience higher volumes too, so please allow a few extra days on top of the usual timeframes. If your tracking hasn’t updated in [5] business days, contact us at hello@dukethelabel.com with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.

All Black Friday purchases are final sale and not eligible for a refund.
