Black Friday T&Cs and FAQs
Promotion Period:
The Black Friday Sale runs from November 18 (6 pm AEST) to December 1, 2025 (11:59 pm AEST). All offers are valid during this period only.
Discount:
A sitewide discount of up to 30% applies to all eligible items. The discount is already automatically applied.
Free Gift with Purchase:
Customers who spend $399 or more (after discount is applied) will receive a free Gym Duffle Bag valued at $196 and automatically get free shipping on their order.
- Limit of one (1) free duffle bag per qualifying order.
- While stocks last.
- Cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
Codes & Promotions:
- No stacking of discount codes is permitted.
- All other discount codes and promotions will be disabled during the sale period.
Exclusions & Adjustments:
- The promotion cannot be applied to past purchases or combined with other offers.
- If an item is returned that brings the total order value below $399, the free duffle bag must also be returned in unused condition.
- If the free duffle bag is not returned, its retail value ($196) will be deducted from the refund.
Returns Policy:
No Refunds: All items purchased during the Black Friday Sale are final sale and non-refundable.
Exchanges: Items may be exchanged within our usual exchange policy timeframe, but refunds will not be issued.
Store Credit: Items may be returned for store credit within our usual return policy timeframe.
Stock Availability:
All items are subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee purchase.
Pricing Adjustments:
No price adjustments will be made on prior purchases. Discounts only apply during the specified sale dates.
General:

Discounted prices are already reflected on the product listings, no code is required at checkout.

4. Can I use another discount code during Black Friday?
No, other codes will be disabled during this period. The 30% off is the only discount available.
5. Can I buy multiple times and get multiple duffle bags?
Yes, if each separate order meets the $399 minimum after discount, you’ll receive a free bag per qualifying order.
6. What happens if the free Gym Duffle Bag runs out?
The offer is valid while stocks last. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.
7. Can I exchange the free duffle bag for something else?
No — the duffle bag is complimentary and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
8. Can I apply the Black Friday discount to a past or future purchase?
No — it’s only valid during the promotion period (Nov 18 to Dec 1, 2025).

1. Which couriers do you use?
We ship orders using Australia Post (AusPost) and Aramex. The carrier will be automatically chosen based on your location and the best delivery option.
2. How long does standard shipping take?
- Australia (metro areas): 3–7 business days.
- Regional/rural areas: 5–10 business days.
- International orders: 7–21 business days (depending on location).
3. How long does express shipping take?
- Australia (metro areas): 1–3 business days.
- Regional/rural areas: 2–5 business days.
- International orders: 5–10 business days (depending on location and customs).
4. Who qualifies for free shipping?
- Orders over $149 (after discount) qualify for free standard shipping.
- Orders over $250 (after discount) qualify for a free express shipping upgrade.
5. What if my order is under $149?
Standard shipping rates will apply at checkout. These rates are calculated automatically based on your delivery address.
6. Can I choose between AusPost and Aramex at checkout?
No — the courier is automatically selected based on the fastest and most reliable option for your delivery location.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide using AusPost international services. Delivery times vary by country and customs processing.
8. Will I receive tracking for my order?
Yes — all orders come with tracking. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
9. Do express shipping upgrades apply to international orders?
Yes, where express options are available. Delivery times for international express orders depend on the destination and customs clearance.
10. What if I live in a rural or remote area?
We still ship free (standard or express, where applicable), but delivery times may be longer depending on courier availability.
11. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We can usually update your address if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes; however, we cannot guarantee that updates can be made once the order is being processed.
12. What happens if my parcel is delayed?
Once shipped, delays are outside of our control and handled by the courier. We’ll do our best to assist with tracking and updates if needed.
