Exchanges & Refund

We want you to love your garments but we understand that sometimes pieces don't fit the way you wanted them to or there are sizing circumstances. Nevertheless, our priority is to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase!

By the Australian consumer law, Duke The Label offer exchanges for your purchase for another size or style, and a refund subject to terms and conditions.

Please read all bullet points below prior to lodging a return.

  • We accept returns for size changes and style changes. 
  • We offer refunds for faulty or damaged or the items not fitting as expected (we require feedback to help us improve our designs please).
  • You have 30 days from the date you placed your order to lodge a return request. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, no pet dander, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags, and no odours (including perfumes). If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you at your own expense.
  • Refund requests will have a fee of $4. This will be deducted from your store credit to cover handling fees.
  • Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for all shipping costs when returning their item/s. Once your return has been lodged in our portal, you will receive an email directing you to pay for your return. This return label can then be printed and attached to your parcel for you to take to your nearest Australia Post drop-off location. Please allow up to 3 business days from when your return is received at our warehouse for your store credit to be issued. Duke The Label Pty Ltd is not responsible for any lost or damaged items when returning.
  • All items in our SALE section are final sale, they will not be restocked and can not be returned.
  • If you place your first order using our welcome discount code and would like to return your item in exchange for store credit, we will honour the 10% discount off your first order. Please contact our customer service and we will provide you with a new welcome code to be used in conjunction with your store credit.
  • USED AFTERPAY? Payment providers, please note we charge an $8 restocking fee for all refunds for orders that use AfterPay due to the fees of the service used by the customer.
