Safe Drop Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Duke The Label when you consent to parcels being left in a safe place at your delivery address. By agreeing at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following:
1. Consent to Safe Drop

If your delivery address is not a parcel locker or a PO box, you agree that couriers (including Australia Post, Aramex, or other delivery partners) may leave your parcel in a location they deem to be safe.

Safe drop is at the courier’s discretion. If they believe the location is not secure, your parcel may be redirected to the nearest collection point.
2. Risk and Responsibility

Once a parcel has been delivered and left in a safe place, responsibility for the package transfers to you.

Duke The Label is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to parcels after they have been delivered to your address and left in a safe place by the courier.
3. Special Delivery Requests

If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., “Do not safe drop,” “Leave at reception,” or “Deliver only with signature”), you must email us before placing your order at hello@dukethelabel.com.

We will do our best to pass these instructions to the courier, but we cannot guarantee that all requests can be honoured.
4. Parcel Lockers

If you do not wish for your parcel to be left unattended, we recommend using a parcel locker, PO Box, or business address for your delivery.
5. Courier Policies

Couriers have their own safe drop and delivery policies. Duke The Label has no control over their final decisions regarding parcel placement or redirection.

Any disputes about safe drop handling may need to be raised directly with the courier.
6. Final Agreement
By completing your purchase and ticking the safe drop agreement box at checkout, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
