We want you to love your garments but we understand that sometimes pieces don't fit the way you wanted them to or there are sizing circumstances. Nevertheless, our priority is to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase!
- We accept returns for size changes and style changes.
- We offer refunds for faulty or damaged or the items not fitting as expected (we require feedback to help us improve our designs please).
- You have 30 days from the date you placed your order to lodge a return request. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, no pet dander, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags, and no odours (including perfumes). If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you at your own expense.
- Refund requests will have a fee of $4. This will be deducted from your store credit to cover handling fees.
