Who doesn't love a healthy salad that is not only quick and health to make, but also tastes delicious. Introducing our Halloumi Salad, you can thank us later for the recipe.

Ingredients
INGREDIENTS:

- 3x fresh beetroots
- Olive oil
- 3x baby radish
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 large bunch of kale
- 180g halloumi, sliced
- 1/2 lemon
- Sesame soy sauce


METHOD:
1. Cut up beetroots (with skin on) into cubes and pop into air fryer. Drizzle with a little olive oil and cook on 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until soft.
2. Slice the radish finely.
3. Once the beetroot has been cooked, remove from air fryer and set aside. Roughly chop the kale and pop that into the air fryer with a splash of olive oil (enough to coat the kale) and pop in air fryer for 10 minutes.
4. Once the kale is cooked, place on a serving plate and place the halloumi into the air fryer for 5-10 minutes or until golden.
5. Start to layer your salad with all the toppings you have prepared. Drizzle with 2 tbsp of the sesame and soy dressing and a squeeze of the lemon.
