  • We accept returns for size changes and style changes. 
  • We offer refunds for faulty or damaged or the items not fitting as expected (we require feedback to help us improve our designs please).
  • You have 30 days from the date you placed your order to lodge a return request. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, no pet dander, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags, and no odours (including perfumes). If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you at your own expense.
  • Refund requests will have a fee of $4. This will be deducted from your store credit to cover handling fees.

I would not consider this to be 'High Impact', even after an exchange sizing down it isn't enough support for me to run or do spin classes. Have been unable to return this item for a refund (ghosted) so won't be back. Sad as the leggings feel great and I was really hoping this was my answer to leaving the bigger fitness brands to support a local small business.

Hey Melanie, where have you been ghosted? We have emailed and texted? Lovely if the exchnage bra wasn't perfect fit we will refund you. It's not a problem at all hun! As long as its unworn and still has the tags we can arrange a refund. But the last time we spoke on email was July and text was June? If I've missed something please let me know! Very supportive and comfortable.

This bra is making my gym sessions so much more comfortable than my underwire sports bras. Great coverage. Can do burgers without ******* falling out, as used to happen.
